Our Micro Oil Screw Air Compressor employs a pair of main screws, the air pressure screw, and the rotating screw, to execute the compression process. These screws, typically made of high-strength alloy steel, have precise helical shapes. During the intake process, the helical shape of the air pressure screw and the rotating screw forms a sealed working chamber between them. As the screws rotate, the working chamber gradually expands, causing external air to enter the working chamber through the intake port. Once the air enters the working chamber, the rotation of the screws causes the working chamber to progressively shrink. This shrinking gradually increases the compression ratio of the air, thereby boosting the air pressure. Throughout this process, the air is compressed and pushed towards the machine's outlet. Compressed air generates heat during the compression process, thus requiring a cooling system to lower the temperature. Additionally, to ensure air quality, the compressed air needs to be cleaned through a filter system to eliminate potential pollutants and particles.

Our company's full range of products has passed the German TUV class 0 oil-free certification, CE certification, ISO9001 certification, TS16949 certification. We are the first domestic company to use water for internal cooling and lubrication of high-end screw compressors. We have also pioneered the second-stage compression high-pressure micro-oil screw compressor, reaching 4.0MPa pressure globally. We have subsequently developed the world's first 4.0MPa pressure oil-free screw compressor and the world's first 1.25MPa pressure oil-free vortex compressor.
