Our Micro Oil Air Compressor employs a shaftless design that's made to last. In oil-free machines, regular shaft seals cannot endure long periods of use without lubrication. Therefore, we have developed a never-contact, never-wear shaftless design that has effectively resolved the frequent need for shaft seal replacements, extending its lifetime indefinitely.
This model features the largest screw design in the world and a dual pressure chamber host. With each rotation of the screw, one spiral chamber compresses twice, resulting in six spiral chambers compressing 12 times. This leads to a volumetric efficiency of over 95%, making it a truly energy-efficient compressor.
Our compressor can adapt to a variety of harsh environmental conditions. It can operate normally in temperatures ranging from -20??C to 55??C, with a continuous operating temperature not exceeding 92??C.
The high-efficiency host only needs a small amount of compressor oil to achieve a good sealing effect, producing air with an oil content of less than 2ppm.

Our patented design ensures minimal noise during operation, making for a quiet and comfortable working environment.
We use only high-quality safety valves and minimum pressure valves to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our machines.
Our compressor is equipped with a precision temperature sensor to monitor the machine's temperature and prevent overheating.
The ultra-quiet centrifugal fan ensures efficient cooling while maintaining a low noise level.
We use Japanese SMC electromagnetic control valves for reliable and precise control.

Our patented control valve provides optimum performance and longevity.
The high-quality touch screen control system allows for easy and intuitive operation.
Our Micro Oil Air Compressor uses a pair of main screws, namely the pressure screw and the rotating screw, to complete the compression process. These two screws are usually made of high-strength alloy steel and have an accurate spiral shape. During the intake process, the spiral shape of the pressure screw and rotating screw forms a sealed working chamber between them. As the screws rotate, the working chamber gradually expands, allowing external air to enter the working chamber through the intake port. Once the air enters the working chamber, the rotation of the screws causes the working chamber to gradually decrease. This decrease gradually increases the ratio of air compression, thereby increasing the pressure of the air. In this process, the air is compressed and pushed to the outlet of the machine. Compressed air generates heat during the compression process, so a cooling system is needed to lower the temperature. At the same time, to ensure the quality of the air, the compressed air also needs to be cleaned by a filtering system to remove potential contaminants and particles.

1. The textile industry uses oil-free, micro-oil low-pressure compressed air in many places.
2. Various types of glass bottles rely on low-pressure screw compressed air for blow molding, which not only saves energy but also blows out perfect shapes.
3. Some processes in the chemical industry, such as pressure filtration and transportation, require compressed air.
4. In the process of cement transportation, compressed air can not only complete the transportation but also prevent the cement from flying.

Our company's full range of products has passed the German TUV Class 0 Oil-Free Certification, CE Certification, ISO9001 Certification, TS16949 Certification. We are the first domestic company to use water for internal cooling and lubrication of high-end screw compressors. We were the first in the world to launch a two-stage compression high-pressure micro-oil screw compressor with a pressure of 4.OMPa. We then developed the world's first 4.OMPa pressure oil-free screw compressor and the world's first 1.25MPa pressure oil-free vortex compressor.
