Our Micro Oil Air Compressor utilizes a pair of primary screws - the pressure screw and the rotating screw, to complete the compression process. During the intake process, the spiral shape of the pressure and rotating screws forms a sealed working chamber. As the screws rotate, the working chamber gradually expands, causing external air to enter the working chamber through the intake port. Once the air enters the working chamber, the rotation of the screws gradually reduces the working chamber, incrementally increasing the air's compression ratio and hence its pressure. The compressed air is then pushed towards the machine's outlet. The compressed air generates heat during the compression process, thus necessitating a cooling system to reduce the temperature. Additionally, to ensure the quality of the air, the compressed air needs to be cleaned by a filtration system to remove potential contaminants and particles.

air compressor Application">Our company is the first domestic manufacturer to use water for internal cooling and lubrication of high-end screw compressors. All our products have passed the German TUV class 0 oil-free certification, CE certification, ISO9001 certification, and TS16949 certification. We have also pioneered the launch of the second-stage compression high-pressure micro oil screw compressor with a pressure of 4.0MPa globally. We have subsequently developed the world's first 4.0MPa pressure oil-free screw compressor and the world's first 1.25MPa pressure oil-free vortex compressor.
