Before starting the machine, ensure that the oil surface conforms to the assembly position specified by the gearbox, and the oil’s viscosity should be suitable for the gearbox.5. For outdoor installation, Proper measures must be taken to protect the motor from rain or sun exposure.6. Before assembly, each mounting surface must be cleaned and properly treated to prevent rust.

Follow the instructions below to ensure proper storage of products.(1). Do not store outdoors and in areas that are exposed to the weather and high temperatures.(2). Please place cardboard, wood, or other materials between the product and the floor. The gearbox should not be in direct contact with the ground.(3) Machined surfaces such as flanges, shafts, and couplings must be coated with a suitable anti-rust oil (MOBILARMA248 or equivalent) if they are to be stored for a long time.(4) In addition, the gearbox must be at the highest oil level and fully filled. The amount and type of oil must be restored before the equipment can be put back into service.
