Our Micro oil air compressor uses a pair of main screws, i.e., the pressure screw and the rotating screw, to complete the compression process. These two screws are usually made of high-strength alloy steel and have a precise helical shape. During the intake process, the helical shape of the pressure screw and the rotating screw forms a sealed working chamber between them. As the screws rotate, the working chamber gradually enlarges, allowing external air to enter the working chamber through the intake port. Once the air enters the working chamber, the rotation of the screws causes the working chamber to gradually reduce. This reduction gradually increases the compression ratio of the air, thereby increasing its pressure. In this process, the air is compressed and pushed towards the machine's outlet. The compressed air generates heat during the compression process, hence a cooling system is needed to lower the temperature. Also, to ensure air quality, the compressed air needs to be cleaned via a filtering system to remove potential contaminants and particles.
