Our innovative design eliminates the need for a shaft seal, a common component that wears out quickly without lubrication. This no shaft seal design never touches or wears out, eliminating the need for regular replacement. The lifespan of the shaft seal is virtually infinite.
Our Micro Oil Air Compressor features the largest screw design in the world and a dual pressure chamber host. With each rotation of the screw, one spiral chamber compresses twice and six spiral chambers compress 12 times, achieving a volumetric efficiency of over 95%. It's a true energy-saving compressor.
This compressor is designed to handle a variety of harsh environmental conditions. It can operate normally in temperatures ranging from -20 degrees to 55 degrees and continuously work at temperatures not exceeding 92 degrees.
Our high-efficiency host only requires a small amount of compressor oil to achieve excellent sealing. The resulting gas has an oil content of less than 2ppm.
Our patented ultra-quiet intake system design significantly reduces noise levels during operation.
The compressor is equipped with high-quality safety valves and minimum pressure valves to ensure optimal operation and safety.
The precision temperature sensor accurately monitors and controls the internal temperature of the compressor, preventing overheating and ensuring optimal performance.
Our ultra-quiet centrifugal fan efficiently cools the compressor, ensuring a long service life and optimal performance.
This high-quality component ensures the smooth and efficient operation of the compressor.
Our unique patent control valve enhances the compressor's performance and efficiency.
Our touch screen control system allows for easy operation and monitoring of the compressor.

Our Micro Oil Air Compressor uses a pair of main screws, the pressure screw and the rotating screw, to complete the compression process. These screws, usually made from high-strength alloy steel, have a precise helical shape. As the screws rotate, a sealed working chamber is formed between them. As the working chamber expands, external air is drawn in through the intake. Once the air is in the chamber, the rotation of the screws gradually reduces the size of the chamber, compressing the air and increasing its pressure. The compressed air is then pushed towards the machine's outlet. The compression process generates heat, so a cooling system is required to reduce the temperature. The compressed air also needs to be cleaned by a filtration system to remove potential contaminants and particles.

Our micro oil air compressor has numerous applications, including in the textile industry where oil-free, micro-oil low-pressure compressed air is required. It's also used in glass bottle manufacturing to save energy and create perfect shapes, in chemical industries for processes like pressure filtering and transportation, and in cement transportation where it prevents cement dust from flying around.
Our company is the first in the industry to use water for internal cooling and lubrication of high-end screw compressors. We've pioneered the second-stage compression high-pressure micro oil screw compressor, which reaches a pressure of 4.0MPa. We've also developed the world's first 4.0MPa pressure oil-free screw compressor and the world's first 1.25MPa pressure oil-free vortex compressor. All our products have passed German TUV class 0 oil-free certification, CE certification, ISO9001 certification, and TS16949 certification.
