Our micro oil air compressor features a revolutionary shaft seal design. Unlike conventional shaft seals that need lubrication and regular replacement, our design is contact-free and wear-free, extending the lifespan of the shaft seal indefinitely.
With the world's largest screw design and twin pressure chamber mainframe, our compressor achieves an impressive volumetric efficiency of over 95%. This means that with each rotation of the screw, each of the six helical chambers compresses air twice, truly defining energy-efficient compression.
Our compressors are capable of operating smoothly in various challenging environments, withstanding temperatures ranging from -20??C to 55??C. The continuous operating temperature does not exceed 92??C, making it highly resistant to high temperatures.

The high-efficiency mainframe only requires a small amount of air compressor oil for excellent sealing results, resulting in an air output with oil content less than 2ppm.

The micro oil air compressor uses a pair of primary screws, the pressure screw and the rotating screw, to complete the compression process. These screws, typically made of high-strength alloy steel, have precise helical shapes. As the screws rotate, the working chamber gradually expands, drawing in external air through the intake port. Once the air enters the working chamber, the rotation of the screws gradually shrinks the working chamber, increasing the compression ratio and thereby the pressure of the air. This compressed air is then pushed towards the outlet of the machine. During the compression process, heat is generated, necessitating a cooling system to lower the temperature. To ensure air quality, the compressed air also needs to go through a filtration system to remove potential contaminants and particles.
