Micro oil air compressor uses a pair of main screws, namely the air pressure screw and the rotating screw, to complete the compression process. These two screws are usually made of high-strength alloy steel and have a precise helix shape. During the intake process, the helical shape of the air pressure screw and the rotating screw forms a sealed working chamber between them. As the screws rotate, the working chamber gradually expands, causing external air to enter the working chamber through the intake port. Once the air enters the working chamber, the rotation of the screws causes the working chamber to gradually shrink. This shrinkage gradually increases the air compression ratio, thereby increasing the air pressure. In this process, the air is compressed and pushed towards the outlet of the machine. Compressed air generates heat during the compression process, therefore a cooling system is needed to lower the temperature. Meanwhile, to ensure the quality of air, compressed air needs to be cleaned through a filtering system to remove potential pollutants and particles.

Our company's full range of products has passed German TUV class 0 oil-free certification, CE certification, ISO9001 certification, TS16949 certification. We are the first domestic company to use water for internal cooling and lubrication of high-end screw compressors and the first to launch a second-stage compression high-pressure micro-oil screw compressor with a pressure of 4.0MPa worldwide. We then developed the world's first 4.0MPa pressure oil-free screw compressor and the world's first 1.25MPa pressure oil-free vortex compressor.
